Cutoffs are girl's best friend! I bought these Lee jeans from Goodwill and pulled out my scissors as soon as I got home. I have made quite a few denim cutoffs this summer, and I must say, these are my absolute favorite. I have some that are bedazzled and others with fabric sewn on, but alas, none compare to these. I love the wash of the denim and the perfect high waisted fit. Best $7 I ever spent. (PS my shirt is from Forever21)
